I have finally discovered the secret to getting that ultra fine, clean lineart.

Super. Big. Canvas./Resolution.

Yeah ok so it's not a secret, but I've learned the technique at least....And a good way to block in color without having to meticulously erase the overflow outside the lines by hand. Thank you Magic Wand tool.
Now just to find a good coloring technique.

xD Yup yup~ Both of those tricks are awesome~ And do you also know that when you use the wand tool, you should expand the selection by 1 pixel to avoid those nasty white pixels it didn't get. :3

Or I guess subtract it 'cause I just fill in then erase any that spills out. But yeah. I've done it the opposite way too.
